Site & Infrastructure
My Charity Survey is a subsidiary of Quinn Data Facilities Inc. (QDF). With additional offices in Hong Kong and Australia, QDF’s primary site of operations is a 200+ seat call centre located in the central business district of Metro Manila, Philippines.
The site is 100% PCI Compliant and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The My Charity Survey Brand was established in 2008, with the aim of providing exceptional Lead Generation services to Not for Profit clients in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and other countries
In addition to lead generation and data management, QDF’s Philippines centre operates a multitude of campaigns including tele-fundraising for various UK charities, Lifestyle & Commercial surveys into Australia and the UK, appointment setting and sales programs for Australian based clients and various business process and support services, entrusted to us by clients from around the globe.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the security of personal data, particularly when holding and transferring personal data. We comply with the requirements of PCI-DSS Compliance standards to protect personal information and ensure security when data is processed.
Legals & Compliance
We have our own in-house Compliance Department which ensures that our company is in compliance with all the regulations, directives, and legislations in Australia, particularly the Privacy Act, ACMA and TRCIS 2007.
