12.) What if the lead provided is already a supporter of my cause?

Our primary objective is to add value and additional volume to callable resources in supply of leads for fundraising purposes.

Typically most organisations we deal with have a considerable number of existing supporters and we wish to supply leads additional to those already held in house.

Therefore most clients provide a listing of phone numbers to be suppressed prior to survey calling being undertaken.

If supplying a suppression file is not preferable, we have additional options that will ensure you only pay for leads outside your existing supporter base.
